Only giving this place one star so I could give you all the review. If you’re looking for that bad review to sway your opinion away from coming here this is it. Long story short. They will dramatically over price you on nearly every aspect of their “service”. Took my car in just a few months ago and they found a loose valve. $800. Loose valve. 600 dollar labor costs. Car this week was smoking from the engine and not running right with a service engine light newly lit. $200 dollars for the inspection. Just the inspection. I decided not to have anything done and will never take my car back after they states a 2.5K fix for a coolant leak. I advise going elsewhere.
We have tried to contact this customer about this with no answer back. I would like to address this review by correcting some of the claims of prices that are false. His initial repair was not for a valve that cost over $ 800.00 with $600.00 of it being labor. It was for a starter that cost $670.00 installed which includes parts, labor and tax. Second visit was for a lack of power condition that turned out to be a severe over heat that put the vehicle into limp in mode. Diagnosis includes a cylinder head gasket integrity test and leak inspection. The cost to repair the leak was $1395.00 which is the radiator and includes servicing the air conditioner which needs to have the condenser removed to complete the repair. The customer was advised of additional maintenance which included hoses and a thermostat as a precaution due to severe overheating, an oil service that was due and a set of wiper blades. His claims of $2500.00 are true if all services are performed to maintain his vehicle for reliability and safe driving. I know he is upset with the fact that his transmission had to be replaced sometime before us and he is tired of spending money on this vehicle.
